Rak Media Leads in celebrating ICT Day-Girls in Tech,2023

International Girls in ICT Day is a global initiative that aims to encourage and empower girls and young women to pursue careers in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). This annual event, highlights the importance of gender diversity in the ICT sector and seeks to bridge the gender gap in technology.

Despite significant progress in recent years, women continue to be underrepresented in the technology industry. According to the statistics, only 24% of computing jobs are held by women. This lack of diversity not only limits the talent pool but also impacts the development of technology solutions that cater to diverse needs and perspectives.
